Report unlawful content
hdaya.ma acts as the technical hosting provider for content published by users themselves (see the
Terms of Use and Content Hosting Agreement).
Where unlawful content is published, we act promptly and seriously once we receive a clear report.
What can be reported?
- content contrary to Moroccan law or public order;
- impersonation, or the practice of a regulated profession without authorisation;
- infringement of copyright, trademarks or third-party rights;
- information that misleads or endangers consumers.
How to report
Email [email protected]
with the subject "Report", including:
- your identity and a way to contact you (individual, institution or professional body);
- the exact link to the reported content;
- a description of the content and why it is unlawful;
- the legal ground or right you believe is infringed;
- any supporting document or evidence (where applicable).
What we do after a report
- We review any serious report within a reasonable time.
- We remove or disable access to the content once the infringement is established.
- We inform the person concerned where appropriate and record the action taken.
- We cooperate with the competent authorities in the event of legal proceedings.
Two important notes
- Where protected journalistic content is involved, definitive removal occurs only pursuant to a judicial decision, in accordance with Law No. 88-13.
- False or abusive reports may expose their author to liability. In urgent cases (risk to safety or an ongoing offence), we recommend also informing the competent authorities (police or public prosecutor).
For the full legal framework, see the
Terms of Use and Content Hosting Agreement
and the privacy policy.
